Situation: A trough lies over the southern and eastern parts of the Solomon Islands and links to a developing Low located near northeast of Temotu province and to a second Low which is also developing to the far southwest of Rennell & Bellona province or southwest of Solomon Islands.
Associated Cloud and Heavy Rain are expected to affect the Solomon Islands within the next 36 to 72hours.
Such localised Heavy Rain may lead to flash flooding over communities living close to large rivers, streams and low lying areas.
