Heavy Rain ALERT Number 4 issued by the Solomon Islands Meteorological Service at 6:00am this morning on Wednesday 18th November 2015.
A Heavy Rain Alert is in force for Rennell & Bellona Province only.
Heavy Rain ALERT Number 2 issued by the Solomon Islands Meteorological Service at 07:00am this morning on Tuesday 17th November 2015.
A Heavy Rain Alert is inforce for Makira, Rennell & Bellona and Temotu Province.
Situation: A Trough links to a Tropical Low located near Makira Province over the eastern parts of Solomon Islands.
Associated cloud and rain are expected to affect Solomon Islands.
Such localised Heavy Rain may lead to possible flash flooding or flooding over communities living close to large rivers, streams and low lying areas.
